Machu Picchu by Train 2 Day 1 night

This trip takes you on one of the most incredible train journeys in the world to reach a magnificent site - Machu Picchu where you would have a really full day tour in Machu Picchu The route zigzags up to the highest point of the railway and continues through typical Andean regions down to the tropical area of Machu Picchu located at 2400m above sea level.

Day 1: One Transfer will pick you up at 6.30 am and take you to the train station –where he is going to introduce your tour guide the train leaves at 7:00am. After a 4-hour journey of amazing views you arrive at Aguas Calientes Town where you will spend the night. There will be plenty of time to relax if you want you can go to have a hot bath in the natural springs that is located in the same town these cost 10 soles. Where you can enjoyed also tested some typical drink of Peru like coca sour or Pisco sour or Muchu Picchu (that also is a drink too )

Day 2: the best After breakfast your Guide will get you on the first bus (5:30am) up to Machu Picchu. You will have a guided tour (approximately 3 Hours) and then you are going to have plenty of time to explore the mysterious city by yourself. Like climb to the Huayna Picchu It takes 45 minutes Walk up to the Sun Gate (45 minutes to 1 Walk to the Inca Bridge (40 minutes hour).

Note: There is a limit of 400 people who are permitted to climb this, so if you want to do it, it is good to go immediately after your tour. From the top of this mountain you can also walk down to the Moon Temple (a cave). It takes 45 more minutes to get there and from there, a further hour walk to get back to Machu Picchu Then take the bus ride down to the town of Aguas Calientes where You will meet your Guide and have lunch at the restaurant choose in order to catch the train back to Cusco.

The train leaves at 3:55pm and we will arrive back in Cusco at about 8.20pm. At the Cusco train station you will be picked up and taken to your Hotel.
